If you are not satisfied with BestFolio Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at [email protected] with your account email address and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers may request a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal.
Billing via Paddle
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
