Should I choose accumulating or distributing?
An accumulating share class reinvests income within the fund; a distributing share class pays it out. The preferred treatment depends on cash-flow needs and local tax rules. Use the ISIN to check the exact share class rather than relying only on a ticker.
How should I compare TER?
TER describes ongoing fund expenses, but it is not the entire cost of ownership. Check current issuer documents, tracking difference, trading spreads, broker charges and taxes. The mapping itself does not calculate a total ownership cost or guarantee a current TER.
Why is a close match not identical?
A close match can differ in index construction, holdings, country or size coverage, replication, hedging and income policy. It can therefore track differently from the US ETF. Follow the per-ticker page for the mapping's evidence and known differences.
